Common wholesale questions
What sizes of chenille stems are available?
Common options include 6mm, 7mm and 8mm diameters at around 30cm length. The right option depends on whether the product is for school crafts, a retail kit, flower making or a more decorative assortment.
What is the MOQ?
Regular single-color production normally starts at approximately 5 cartons per color. Custom colors, mixed sets and private-label packaging are discussed separately because their materials and preparation steps can differ.
How many pieces are in one carton?
A common bulk reference is 100 pieces per bundle. Final carton count, dimensions and gross weight are confirmed for the selected diameter, length, bundle count and packaging format.
Can I request custom colors or a mixed ratio?
Yes. Send factory color codes, a target palette or the intended number of each color per pack. Physical sample confirmation is recommended when color accuracy matters.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?
Samples can be discussed for size, colour, wire feel, finish and packaging direction. Sample arrangements depend on the project and destination.
Can you support private-label packaging?
Bags, header cards, labels, boxes, barcodes and carton marks can be reviewed with the buyer’s artwork and intended order quantity. Packaging-material MOQ may differ from product MOQ.
Which shipping terms are available?
EXW, FOB and CIF can be discussed depending on quantity, destination and freight arrangement. Freight prices and transit times are confirmed for the actual shipment rather than published as a fixed promise.
How can a buyer verify the company and factory?
Yunjian Workshop is the trademark used by Anping Maoye Metal Products Co., Ltd. Qualified wholesale buyers can discuss live video factory visits or pre-arranged visits before a bulk order.
