Information in an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and product message. Company and quantity are optional. Any product or destination context selected through links may appear in your message. The service also records submission time and an IP address for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.

How we use and store it

Enquiries are saved in our website administration system and sent to our business QQ and Gmail mailboxes so we can respond about samples, quotations and orders. Website hosting and email services process these records. This involves processing in China and through the relevant providers' infrastructure. The enquiry form is not an online payment or checkout service.

Submitted-enquiry source information

Where browser storage permits, the website keeps the first page visited in the current tab session and the referring website's hostname. Those two fields are submitted with your enquiry to help us understand useful product and sourcing pages. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from the landing-page field. This feature sets no tracking cookie or visitor identifier and sends no separate page-view request. It is not a complete visitor analytics system. You can restrict session storage in your browser; the enquiry form remains usable.

Your choices

Do not include sensitive personal information in a product request. You may contact us to ask about information held in your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Operational, correspondence or legal requirements may affect what can be removed. Enquiry records and email copies are managed separately; this notice does not promise an automatic retention or deletion schedule.

Contact

Email [email protected] or [email protected]. You may also discuss your requirements without the form through the contact channels shown on the contact section. External messaging and linked services have their own privacy practices.
