Check the sample before planning the bulk order

A physical sample helps confirm details a screen cannot settle: color, dimensions, wire feel, fibre coverage and pack presentation. Tell us what you need to evaluate. Samples, quantities, charges, courier cost and timing are agreed for each request; this page does not promise free samples or immediate dispatch.

Choose what the sample should answer

Size comparisonAsk about 6 mm, 7 mm and 8 mm at a common length of approximately 30 cm. Approve the measured dimensions and tolerance.
Color referenceShortlist codes from the color chart. A screen image is approximate; approve the physical reference for repeat orders.
Finish and flexibilityCompare standard and glitter stems for your actual project. Nominal diameter alone is not a complete specification.
Packing approvalConfirm pieces per pack, colors and ratios, bag or box format, artwork version and labels. A stem sample does not automatically include a printed packaging prototype.

A short message is enough to start

  1. Tell us the intended use: distribution, a retail pack, flower-making kit or another project.
  2. List the product type, size and color codes you want to compare, if known.
  3. Give your destination country and whether you have a courier account. Detailed delivery information can follow privately.
  4. Tell us whether you need only product samples or also packaging development.

Use the existing enquiry form; no new account or extra mandatory fields are needed. For custom dimensions, new color matching or printed packaging, feasibility and development charges must be confirmed before preparation.

Keep a simple approval record

Once you review a sample, record its reference, dimensions, color codes, finish and intended pack count. Send any changes in writing before production is arranged. If a mixed pack is approved, retain the number of pieces of every color, not just a photograph of the assortment.

For an intended children's product or regulated sales channel, share the intended use and documentation requirements before approval. A general product sample is not a certification or a substitute for checking applicable requirements.

From sample to production quotation

Sample approval does not reserve stock or fix a future price. Confirm product specification, quantity, MOQ, packaging, delivery basis and schedule in the production quotation. Use the RFQ checklist when you are ready, and verify the company and factory before making purchasing commitments.

Questions before enquiry

Are samples free?

Availability, sample charges, packaging development and courier charges are confirmed for the request. No blanket free-sample offer is advertised.

Can I compare 6 mm, 7 mm and 8 mm?

Ask which comparison samples are available and identify the finish and colors. The factory confirms the sample set and dispatch arrangements.

Can I request my printed retail pack as a sample?

Packaging prototypes can be discussed separately using buyer-approved artwork. Feasibility, development cost and timing depend on the specification.

Do I need to know my final order quantity first?

No. You can start with intended use, product details and destination. Quantity is optional on the enquiry form.
